Grant McCorquodale

Grant is a highly regarded and experienced business leader in the wealth management & financial services sector both in Australia & internationally, with experience across Funds Management, Investment Advice, Private Banking, Cashflow Management and Stock & Bond broking.

Grant was formerly Head of Macquarie Private Bank for Australia and Joint Head of Advice for JBWere, two leading investment advisory businesses for HNW and wholesale investors. Grant was also Head of Clients for FIIG Securities, a boutique business facilitating direct access to corporate bonds for investors.

Grant has been an Investment Adviser to many of Australia’s successful business entrepreneurs, private families and Not-for-Profits (NFPs) and has extensive experience in investment & advice. He also led Macquarie’s Group’s Cash Management Service responsible for $20 billion in funds under management and was the recognised industry leader for cashflow management advice for investors.

Grant is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, is an experienced Board Director, with experience as Chairman, for an Australian NFP and leads the Investment Strategy team for the NFP capital corpus.


Over the last 7 years Grant has helped raise over $22m for the NFP, leading a successful Capital Appeal that was recognised as one of the strongest programmes in the sector. Whilst at Macquarie Grant worked closely with The Macquarie Group Foundation and the non-for-profit sector managing funds for a number of charities.

Grant has also worked at CBA and was part of a strategy team developing the Group’s Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) strategy and service model. He is an active participant in the SMSF arena and an active speaker across the financial services industry.

Grant is 51, married to Ilana, and has 4 children, James, Andrew, Lara and Romy.
